This month of May, Geri-Care’s mission to promote America’s Seniors to LIVE LIFE WELL came to Salem, Ohio in recognition of our nation’s heroes for an unforgettable event. The honorary ceremony was held at the Salem West Healthcare Center where over 35 Veterans were recognized with commemorative medals.

The heart-warming celebration was a first for Colombiana County as Salem Mayor John Berlin and Salem Disabled American Veterans Commander David Oesch were on hand to recognize the honorees. Patriotic spirits were at an all-time high as the festivities commenced throughout the afternoon. The special event also attracted local media attention for the Salem News.
